Orders are accepted by telephone, mail, Fax and e-mail. Payment is by VISA, MasterCard, prepaid Money Order or Bank Draft.

NO CASH BY MAIL AND NO CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED

All prices are subject to change without prior notification.

SHIPPING:

Shipping costs vary with the weight and value of the order. Shipping costs are not included in the price of goods. Unless otherwise specified, we ship by Canada Post. As the customer pays shipping costs we will endeavor to be as accommodating as possible to meet your individual requirements.

GUARANTEE:

We are authorized to perform warranty repairs by all the manufacturers we represent. (All new products are covered by the individual manufacturer’s own New Product Warranty. Please read your warranty for full details.) A legible copy of the Proof of Purchase must accompany the warranty item to be repaired - not the charge slip, please. All repairs made by J. Tarnow Co. are guaranteed for a period of 90 days (parts and labour). Unfortunately we cannot guarantee repairs made by customers themselves although they may have purchased new parts from us. Please note: J. TARNOW CO. WILL PROVIDE REPAIR AND WARRANTY SERVICES ONLY TO CANADIAN CUSTOMERS. Please contact us at info@hairclippers.ca if there are any questions regarding warranty procedures.

RETURNS:

¤ J. Tarnow Co. MUST authorize all returns before they will be accepted. The RETURN AUTHORIZATION number must be shown on the shipping label.

¤ All returned items MUST be in the original packaging and in resaleable condition as NEW.

¤ There is a 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE on returned items.

¤ There are NO RETURNS ALLOWED on video tapes, aerosols and liquids (ie. shampoos and conditioners).

¤ Shipping and handling charges ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

¤ All returns MUST be postmarked within 14 days of the Invoice Date.

¤ All returns MUST be sent postage paid - NO COD'S WILL BE ACCEPTED.
